Students & Parents

How is a Catalyst different from a regular counsellor?

Catalystia combines ongoing one-to-one guidance with its proprietary 7 Cs framework. Your Catalyst helps you build a personalised pathway, act on it and reflect as you learn. The system draws on its creators’ work with hundreds of thousands of students across education boards worldwide, with learnings connected to the US education system.

Do I need to know what career I want?

No. You can begin with uncertainty. Your Catalyst helps you explore what interests you and identify useful next steps.

Will my Catalyst choose for me?

Your Catalyst helps you understand and weigh your options. They bring questions, feedback and guidance; you make the decision.

What if I already have a direction?

You can work on exploring that direction further, building relevant skills and experiences, or preparing for applications.

Is this only for students who want to study abroad?

No. Guidance can focus on understanding yourself, choosing subjects or courses, building skills and exploring career directions.

When will I meet my assigned Catalyst?

After you pay for your first subscription, you will be assigned your Catalyst and meet them to begin your guidance. The free discovery session is with a Catalyst; it does not assign your ongoing Catalyst.

Can parents be involved?

Yes. Parents may join the free discovery session. Ongoing parent guidance depends on the plan, student consent and applicable safeguarding arrangements.

Can I change my Catalyst?

Yes. Changes are free after enrolment on every plan. Changes do not reset session validity or billing.

How is progress visible?

Your pathway, monthly action plans and written progress updates help you and your Catalyst reflect on what you have done and learned.

Are admissions or internships guaranteed?

No. Guidance supports preparation, but admissions and internship placements depend on external requirements and selection processes.

Plans & practical details

How much does student guidance cost?

Aspirant is $99, Achiever $149, and Accelerator $249 per month, excluding applicable taxes and payment-related charges. See the plans page for full inclusions.

Can I change plans?

You can move up or down from the next billing cycle. Your existing work stays with you. Unused sessions are not converted or carried forward.

How does monthly billing work?

Plans renew on a 30-day billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle. Sessions follow the validity and expiry rules shown before payment.

Are payments refundable?

Payments are non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Full payment and cancellation terms are provided before enrolment.

Is there a scholarship?

Eligible students may apply for up to $1,000 through the Catalystia Global Scholarship. Qualifying continuous paid enrolment is six months on Aspirant, four on Achiever, or two on Accelerator. Eligibility is permission to apply, not a guaranteed award. Full conditions apply.

Catalysts & certification

Who is certification for?

Teachers, counsellors, mentors, parents, community leaders, career changers and people interested in supporting students can explore the programme. Prior career-guidance experience is not required to begin.

How long is certification?

Eight weeks of blended learning, with an estimated total commitment of 100 to 120 hours.

What does the certification fee cover?

The $390 fee includes six modules, eight live facilitator sessions, self-paced resources, activities, peer support, community access and a digital certificate on successful completion. Applicable taxes and payment-related charges are additional.

Can I stop after certification?

Yes. You can complete certification without continuing into later stages. Supervised practice and platform participation are separate stages with their own requirements and fees.

Does certification guarantee work?

No. Certification does not guarantee employment, student assignments or earnings. Progression requires readiness evaluation and the relevant agreements.

How much are the Catalyst stages?

Certification is $390 one-time. Supervised practice is $100 per month for three months. The platform stage is $50 per month under its applicable terms.
