Professional Catalyst

Eight hours of supervised student practice per month, with observation, reflection and feedback.
Experience applying your learning and feedback on readiness for independent platform guidance.
Global Catalyst
$50 / monthOngoing
Student guidance, documentation and progress review within shared quality standards.
Shared resources and moderator support. Assignments and earnings depend on the applicable agreement.

Understand each student’s context, responses and priorities.
Lead conversations, explore options and connect learning with next steps.
Maintain plans, reports and progress records within shared standards.
An informed next step
No. Enrolment is participation in a learning and development pathway. Certification fees do not buy employment, student assignments or a particular income.
Ask the team for the current Stage 3 agreement, including assignments, availability, paid work, fees and any conditions. Review it before committing to platform practice.
Yes. Previous teaching, counselling, mentoring or related work can inform your practice. The pathway still requires demonstrated readiness and evaluation.
Senior Catalysts provide supervision during practice. Moderators support quality, resources and escalation during platform work.
