Prior career-guidance experience is not required to begin. Readiness for later practice is assessed through the pathway.

Develop a structured approach with the proprietary 7 Cs, practise listening and reflection, and build your judgement through supervision and feedback.

Certified Catalyst

Learn the foundations

Learn the foundations of guidance, practise the 7 Cs and complete the required assessments.

Develop through practice

Eight hours of supervised student practice per month, with observation, reflection and feedback.

Student guidance, documentation and progress review within shared quality standards.
